Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the EMMIR Erasmus Mundus Master Degree Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:
– Nationality: Open to applicants from all countries.
– Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Relevant disciplines include:

Degree Validity: The most recent degree should not be older than five years. If your degree is older, you must explain your reasons for returning to academia in your statement of purpose.

English Language Requirements:
Though applicants are generally required to submit English language test scores (such as TOEFL, IELTS, or others), waivers are available for candidates who meet any of the following conditions:

– Graduates from universities in English-speaking countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
– Applicants with two consecutive academic years of study in English at recognized institutions within the past five years.
– Individuals with two years of work experience in an international environment where English is the primary working language, with supporting documentation from the employer.

How to Apply for the EMMIR Erasmus Mundus Scholarship:
The application process for the EMMIR scholarship is straightforward. Follow these steps carefully to ensure your application is complete:

  1. Register on eMundus: Applicants must first create an account on the eMundus platform, which will be available at the start of the application period.
  2. Submit the Application: Complete and submit the online application via eMundus before the deadline: 18 December 2024, 23:59 CET.
  3. Confirmation: After submission, applicants will receive an email confirming the successful delivery of their application.
  4. Evaluation and Selection: The EMMIR consortium will evaluate applications between January and March 2025.
  5. Notification: By early April 2025, successful scholarship recipients and self-funded applicants will be notified of their admission status.
  6. Document Verification: Within 10 calendar days of receiving your notification letter, send certified true hard copies of your application documents to the EMMIR team for verification.
  7. Reserve List: If you are on the reserve list, you may receive your notification by May/June 2025, depending on the acceptance or rejection of offers by other students.
  8. Enrollment: The student registration process will commence once documents are verified. The program officially begins on 01 September 2025.
