The UNICEF Internship in Japan 2025 is currently accepting applications. The UNICEF office in Tokyo is the location of this internship in Japan. The intern’s responsibilities

Under the direction of the Public Partnership Specialist, the intern will assist:

  • The website and social media accounts of the Tokyo office should be updated and improved.
  • Help the team translate UNICEF messaging and products.
  • Help in organising and carrying out workshops, consultations, and office activities.
  • additional duties that the supervisor has assigned.

Qualifications

Who is eligible for the internship?

  • Enrolled at a university or graduate school right now or recently graduated (within the last two years).
  • For three to six months, interns will work at least four days a week.
  • Enthusiasm for UNICEF’s work in areas like as gender, water and sanitation, nutrition, education, health, and child rights.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese and English.
  • Competent in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
