The Early Careers Program 2025 by the World Economic Forum (WEF) is a great opportunity for young people with a bachelor’s or master’s degree to work for the WEF at its global offices. The fixed-term job opportunity lasts for 6 months and can be found in Geneva (Switzerland), Mumbai (India), Beijing (China) and Tokyo (Japan). The program gathers creative leaders from the next generation with top representatives of business, government and civil society to collaborate on dealing with global issues.

Overview

The WEF’s Early Careers Program allows graduates who have worked for up to 2 years to take part in important projects about global economy, society and environment. Those involved are based in WEF offices, all day, Monday through Friday and they get a full salary each month, health insurance and in the Geneva office, help with necessary authorization documents. The program will happen between mid-September and mid-October 2025 and start dates at each office may vary a little.
