Eligibility Criteria
Interested individuals must meet the criteria below in order to be considered for the Internship Program 2025.
- Those applying must be under 30 years of age by December 31, 2025.
- Anyone applying must be a citizen of one of the African Development Bank’s member countries.
- To be eligible, a candidate needs to be working on a Master’s degree at an accredited university or have earned their Master’s degree in the year prior to applying.
- Prospective ADB staff need to be able to function in at least one of the AFDB’s working languages, either English or French.
- Basic software skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access are required. It’s an advantage if you know SAP as well.
- Duration: An internship requires an intern to be working for at least 3 to 6 months, both remotely and on-site options are provided.
