Overview of AstraZeneca Young Health Programme Impact Fellowship

Since 2016, AstraZeneca’s YHP has partnered with One Young World (OYW) to recognize and support youth leaders promoting youth health in their communities. Young Health Programme Impact Fellowship recipients can attend the OYW Summit 2025 in Germany for free. Thus, applying for the 2025 YHP Impact Fellowship Programme benefits YHP fellows tremendously. Young Health Programme Impact Fellowship 2025 eligibility:

You must be 18-30 to apply for the AstraZeneca fellowship.
All nationalities can apply for the YHP fellowship.
The selection committee may consider applications from over-30s who demonstrate personal impact and engagement, even though most delegates are 18-30.
Additionally, English speaking, reading, and writing skills are required.
The One Young World Summit (OYW) in Munich, Germany, from November 2–7, 2025, requires full participation from fellows.
Selected applicants must actively participate in the YHP Impact Fellowship and Failure to do so may forfeit fellowship perks.
As appropriate, YHP Fellows should share ideas, collaborate on action commitments, create connections, and represent AstraZeneca’s health equity and YHP activities.
The Young Health Programme Impact Fellowship requires internet and a suitable device for live online sessions.
The applicant must be the founder or head of a recognized non-profit that fits the criteria.
Must be registered and operating for 3 years.
A $10,000 grant requires revenue between USD$10,000 and USD$1,000,000 in the previous year.
A $50,000 grant requires revenue between $100,000 and $2,000,000 in the previous year.
Organizations must present proper documents to be ‘funding ready’.
It must serve underserved communities.
The applicant must suggest a 6–12-month project.

YHP Impact Fellowship 2025 benefits:

The AstraZeneca Young Health Programme (YHP) Impact Fellowship provides live and self-paced learning throughout the year to help Fellows grow their impact.
This program comprises a university-accredited online mini-MBA with 12 months of materials and development opportunities.
The selected fellow will receive a $10,000 or $50,000 award from AstraZeneca through their non-profit organization if they win the Lead2030 Challenge for SDG3.
Fellow delegates will have full access to the One Young World Summit 2025 in Germany.
They’ll also get round-trip economy class tickets from their home country to Munich from OYW delegate services.
The fellowship also includes shared hotel rooms in Germany.
It also covers catering for dinner on 02 November, breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 03 to 06 November, and breakfast on 07 November.
The program will pay travel costs to and from Munich up to £250.
Possible reimbursement of the £75 German tourist visa application price.
Public transportation from the airport to the hotel is included.
