Finland is providing 60 young researchers from around the globe with an amazing opportunity through the Aalto Summer Research Program 2025. Through this international summer internship program, bachelor’s and master’s students will collaborate with Aalto University’s leading research groups, conduct topical research, and network globally. For international students, the summer program lasts for 12 weeks
Overview of Finland’s 2025 Aalto Summer Research Program
A selection of 53 projects from various departments will be available for students to select from. Applied Physics, Bioproducts and Biosystems, Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Electronics and Nanoengineering, Information and Communications Engineering, Built Environment, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science are just a few of the university’s many academic specialties.
We are all aware that living expenses in other countries may be very costly. International students will therefore get a remuneration of 200 € per month in order to alleviate their financial load. They will be able to pay for their housing and living expenses with this sum. The good news is that airline expenses will be covered by the host nation. Participants must present their project findings to the Aalto community panel at completion of the twelve-week Aalto internship; following this, the project will be approved.
