The ICESCO Young Professionals Program 2025 in Rabat, Morocco, is currently accepting applications. Young professionals can receive professional training at ICESCO through a fully funded two-year program that lasts for 24 months. ICESCO’s YPP includes:

  • Monthly pay: A monthly pay is given to all young professionals.
  • Transportation Allowances: Transportation allowances are provided to all young professionals.

  • Health Insurance: ICESCO offers health insurance to all professionals.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria in order to be considered for the second edition of the ICESCO Young Professionals Programme:

  • Citizenship: Hold citizenship in one of the member states of ICESCO.
  • Age: At the time of application, be under 35.
  • Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in education, science, culture, or a similar discipline that is pertinent to the areas of operation of ICESCO.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the working languages of ICESCO, such as Arabic, English, or French, is required. Two-language proficiency is preferred.

All ICESCO Member States are eligible to participate in the ICESCO Young Professionals Program. There are currently 53 member states of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), which includes nations in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
